Pays majority of my tuition

Cons

Unable to work more than 20 hours and living in Boca is expensive. Also not allowed to work during breaks between semesters including Christmas break. I am paid only $1 more an hour than a freshman student worker.

Pros

The benefits are great, retirement, health insurance, tuition remission, etc. Working with the students is the best part of working here.

Cons

Politics are outrageous, management is incompetent-at least in my specific college, the pay is low and the BOT will fight to keep it low despite being #1 in the state this year among State Universities, faculty is just undervalued overall and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
