Pros

Co-workers became good friends. I enjoyed seeing people outside of the office. The work was not very difficult.

Cons

Poor managers in almost every department. Micromanagement everywhere. Managers are constantly talking negative about one another from department to department. Toxic work environment. NO ONE gets pay raises. 3 years without a raise of any kind except a "title" promotion which meant more work for same pay.

Lots of intelligent people and some opportunity for advancement Quiet and uneventful Many departments from which to choose

Cons

Difficult to move forward on skill set alone (nepotism) Too many applicants and not enough positions A lot of politics and some spitefulness
