you get a lot of freedom, which is really nice. I like the people, but with everything there is a lot politics. So, just play the game and you will be fine.

Cons

we had really small offices didnt get a rise in the pst threeyears and there are no raieses expected in teh immediate futhers. it really was tragic. Plus new hires are hired on at significantly higher rates than existing peope

Pros

Flexible hours, competitive pay, free movies, free promotional materials, fantastic management and programming, relaxed environment, easy to work with school and extracurricular schedules.

Cons

The occasional late night movies will leave you with getting out of work well after two in the morning. Other than this there were no real negatives to the job.

Beautiful campus, some really great professors. Graduate student stipends above average (at least for my department). Decent quality of life.

Cons

Bureaucracy galore. Some not-so-great professors. Cost increases every year.
