Pros

I worked in a support capacity in the Orlando office. The environment is very positive. Creative thinking and new ideas are encouraged. The team is like a family and the support is exceptional.

Cons

The work is challenging and time-consuming. The organization is growing so quickly that sometimes the structure (division of labor, reporting structure, etc.) gets a little confusing. However, the organization is effectively learning from mistakes and growing.

Pros

Greatest Pro is that educators are on the cutting edge of the transformation from 19th century school structure to the next 100 years paradigm. Other pros: saves on gas, dry cleaning, and anxiety from the day to day jejune drama in the traditional setting.

Cons

The institution does not embrace it's vision of technological innovation ubiquitously. Example: Teachers, though salaried, still perform antiquated tasks like signing approving time cards to get paid. Tail sometimes wags the dog.
