      high-performing, transparent leadership, inclusive of employees - I have a voice, expectations are clear from day one, student-centered, mutual respect

      It's always there-they tell you that on the way in. It's demaning, yet so rewarding. Love it or leave it.

      the support is amazing, feedback from your manager at least once a month, mentors are so helpful, flexibility, you get a chance to build great relationships with students and their parents, it's very rewarding hearing their stories

      Cons

      working nights and weekends, but it's not that bad, just a few hours on the weekends, no summers off
