They will tell you that you are not working 12 hours but you are. You always have many tasks to do with calling parents and students like a telemarketer, sending text to both students and parents, sending emails to both students and parents. You are always grading or the students and parents complain. They will always modify your maximum students and you have have 165 students and tons of work and no support. You have colleagues that won't do any work at the PLC but received full points. Evaluations are impossible to get an innovative. Parents will treat you like crap and students will cheat and you can't do anything because of you take them out then your data gets ruined. If you take a vacation then when you come back you have more work than ever plus trainings. This company doesn't care about employees. They have a convention which is mandatory but no help for those teachers without childcare or are taking care of their love ones at home. In one school house there are spouses working together one is the IL and the there one a teacher and you see preferences there. Do not work here. There is no growth. You are stuck forever in your position
