Leadership turnover is constant. You’ll cycle through bosses faster than you can learn their names, and each one starts by asking what you even do here. Lack of accountability at the top. Leaders deflect blame downward instead of owning their responsibilities. Threats and intimidation are used as “motivation” in group settings. Unrealistic tasks with no guidance, followed by criticism for not magically knowing the unspoken expectations. Zero career ladder. Many employees have been in the same role for nearly a decade because there is nowhere to move.

The company is reactive not proactive which creates unnecessary issues. There is no room for advancement unless you want to go the leadership route. However it’s all still “who you know.” The toxic positivity is real! Don’t give your opinions or suggestions even if you are asked. It will come back to haunt you.
