2 days off a week, healthy food. Free meals and beverage on shift.

Cons

Toxic culture. Excessively micro managed. Most leadership are under the age of 35, if your more experienced probably not a good fit. Very limited menu now. Faulty proveyors. Overall one of the worst jobs I've had. Regional managers can't or will not actually help you or get their hands dirty with real work.
