Pros

Much of the engineering staff at the company is motivated and friendly. Most middle management is highly skilled and knows what needs to be done.

Cons

Most upper management has been in their positions too long and is too focused on finding blame in other teams rather than finding ways to deliver solutions to the company. They lack pragmatism and a clear vision and spend most of their effort trying to keep their jobs.

A new CEO that is an outside the box thinker. Great employees. Great benefits. Pays well.

Cons

Homegrown executives, not all are bad but there are several that wouldn’t hold their position with any other organizations. Product mix isn’t diverse enough to get the company where they want to be.
