      Everyone at Flowspace is committed to their work to help improve an industry. If you need help with something, there will always be someone there to help. It really feels like a family. There are great perks as well, like weekly lunches and happy hour!

      Cons

      The only cons are related to startup growing pains.

      If you are looking for a place to sink your teeth in and make difference, Flowspace is the place to be. The environment and company culture sets you up to be successful and make a true impact where your voice and opinion matters!

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment and can be very stressful. If you are looking for a 9-5 this is not for you.

      Great Pace at Flowspace

      Pros

      - Great Benefits -Amazing Management -Fast Pace -Free to think for yourself -Ability to work remotely when needed There are lots of great perks to working at Flowspace. Since this is a start up all employee input is valued. The CEO is a go getter and extremely motivating and wonderful to work under.

      Cons

      - Since still small, we are not too clear on all up and coming work opportunities available from within but pretty sure as we grow more will open up. -Can be tough not having the support team in-house to the CA location but are easily accessible.
