      Pros

      - The Fluxx product is good. When Fluxx first came out they were by far the most innovative grants management software on the market, but since then others have emerged with equal if not better (more client centric) products. - Casual work environment - Overall cool people

      Cons

      - The product is pretty unstable and clients aren't very happy overall. It's only a matter of time before they get outpaced by another company. - The CEO has no business being in charge of a company - Poor people management across most teams - Very little focus on client happiness

      Pros

      Great product, people mostly friendly, good pay. The people were the best thing about it (but see below).

      Cons

      Bad benefits, too many cliques, unclear goals, moving goalposts. Lots of old hands leaving, lots of new people coming in. Very much "the cool kids" vs. everyone else, and woe to you if you aren't one of the cool kids. Some managers try to micromanage from other countries, which goes over about as well as it sounds. No one to talk to if things aren't working out. No support for employees. They pay lip service to teams and the team concept, but if you actually try to work as a team . . . can't have that.

      Pros

      People are amazing - smart, passionate, and fun. Working for a company whose product and mission is making the world a better place. Growing company, so plenty of areas to make your mark and have a real impact. Benefits are good - unlimited PTO, flexible WFH, 401k match, etc. Great office location in SF, close to Bart/Muni, many restaurants and shops around Union Square.

      Cons

      Unspoken standard of being available anytime, even nights and weekends. Senior leadership is learning and growing with the company.
