Relaxed and casual work environment.. No real dress code, just use common sense. Understanding to personal life obligations, vacations, etc and flexible with work schedules to accommodate... Breaks are encouraged and the game room is proof. Free lunch every Friday , endless coffee and creamers, clean water, nice computers, full benefits. It really doesn't get much better than this...

Cons

The only cons I can think of are: the building... Its old.. The landlord could do better, but that isn't Focus' fault- they really do all they can to make it comfortable and clean.

Excellent benefits, ability to learn new skills, great work culture, location is convenient, hour lunch, great co-workers, low stress environment.

Cons

Not really anything that I can think of.
