Dear Anonymous Employee, I find it troubling to read your negative review. At Focus School Software we hold the opinion of our staff very highly. This is one of the reasons that we hold semi monthly community meetings and publish Executive Management reviews for staff to give their feedback anonymously. These are both opportunities to share your feelings with the management team and fellow team members. I personally have an open door policy, and am always happy to discuss any situation that is making you uncomfortable in your job. It is a company belief that if you spend 40 + hours a week doing something that you should be happy. If you are not for any reason, I would love to help. As far as being unethical, I find that shocking. We have a very close relationship with our clients, which include several User Group meetings through out the year, where we take our customers direct feedback and implement it into our new releases. Dear Anonyms Employee, I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your management team. We pride ourselves in treating our staff very well and with much respect. At Focus it is important to be able to work hard and independently. In order to succeed here you must be an A Game player. We do take our staffs input very seriously which is why we not only offer community meetings and management reviews, we also offer team building events like weekly company sponsored lunches at local restaurants, and several other company sponsored outings like annual baseball game outings and Holiday parties. I am personally proud of how often I hear staff tell me how much they love working at Focus, and the positive feedback I get from customers.
