      - Always able to reach out to a member of the team for any questions or concerns. - Great culture/work environment. - Great benefits (health insurance, pto, etc.).

      Pros

      Exciting to be part of an innovative company that is always releasing new modules based on user feedback. Working remote is a huge plus. They really take care of you while traveling for business. Great company party's. They invite your whole family to Bosch Gardens for their Christmas Party. Great benefits and holidays / vacation package

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you must be a self starter and be able to put the time in to learn functionality on your own.
