      Pros

      Very friendly easy going people with a genuine passion in programming and education. Some interesting unique software code that I wish was in other projects at times.

      Cons

      The software code is a bit dated which can make it hard to get simple stuff done without investing a lot of time in the little things. But then again that opportunity to work on the little things can be fun too.

      Never micromanaged. Always supported. Never bored. At the base of education where making your mark matters. Bonuses and company wide events.

      Cons

      Communication can be lacking at times and the different departments need to find a better way to work together.
