Your feedback is very important, though your comments are concerning. While I hope you have taken the time to voice these concerns to members of the management team at an in-person meeting, I will forward this to the Regional Director anyway. Together we will review and address each one as appropriate. The lab leadership team has been working diligently to make the changes necessary to positively impact operations, employee engagement and customer service. As a company, we continue to train and develop our managers into strong leaders. Everyone is expected to adhere to high standards and lead with a coaching mentality. Our continued goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, valued and appreciated. We will continue on a journey for improvement on a daily basis. – Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

We get paid bimonthly and benefits are there, just not very good. Subpar if anything

Cons

Not a place to stay for long,i used to work as a prison guard and I think I got treated better by the inmates there than I currently do here. Think before you put your app in. If ur mgmt ur golden but if ur a lowly worker then prepare to get yelled at everyday and put down...

We take feedback very seriously and investigate each concern. Our employees and our customers are at the center of all we do. I would like you to talk with your Lab Manager, Regional Manager/Director or give one of us a call on the HR Team. We continuously work to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, valued and appreciated. Please consider reaching out – we need to know which facility you are at so we can address the concerns. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR.

Pros

Its easy to get hired because there is a high turnover rate people dont usually work here longer than a year maybe

Cons

Almost as bad as fast food. Same type of labor environment. Most days i do not get to see my wife due to getting home late at night because of the mandatory overtime that is required. Dont recommend anyone putting in their applications. They will write you up for the littlest things.

Your feedback is appreciated. Your comments don’t particularly resonate for this location. Though, as you know, for a number of our lab locations our customers operate 24/7 and with that, expect us to operate similar schedules to fulfil their testing needs. We continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, valued and appreciated. I hope you have discussed this with your manager. He is very receptive to feedback as you already know. You may also contact me directly to discuss further. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR.
