Pros

You'll get some experience if you kiss up to the lab manager. Who is a terrible person. Otherwise you'll be yelled at to work faster and talked to like you're a toddler.

Cons

All negative things mentioned in the other reviews are 100% correct. Long hours, underpaid, unappreciated, management team is u professional and immature.

It is unfortunate to hear your concerns about the work environment . I would like to look into the matter and address it, but you will need to contact me to discuss further. This lab has a new lab manager, so I would like to talk with you to validate who you are actually speaking of or if you are referring to another location. We are constantly making positive changes and improvements to create a culture where everyone is appreciated. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

Yes it is slightly better than fast food and the benefits are arguably better. The health insurance will take a good percentage of your paycheck though.

Cons

One of the members of management here told me that corporate is asking all managers to write a good review for glassdoor. I dont feel this is a good way to up the ratings on this company. Why dont you actually make changes for the better rather than creating false hope for new employees who will later regret joining fsns... Cons include horrible benefits, trash is hard to do in the hot arizona heat. AC doesnt work half the time. There is also favoritism here. Some of our managers have gross narcissism and act as though they are some kind of god

I have no way of knowing if your review or other employee/former employee reviews are real or fake, let alone who is “writting” them. We know that employees have a number of choices when it comes to benefits – our plans, the exchange, spouse insurance plans, parents insurance, etc. We work hard every year to put benefit plans in place that are competitive within the industry. I will be certain to share your review with the LM and Regional Manager, though I hope you consider talking with them directly. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve and create a culture where everyone is appreciated. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Thank you for your feedback. We do value the quality and accuracy of our test results. We are one of the few laboratories who have a full time training manager in each location. Each of our labs are ISO approved. If ever an employee has an issue with quality or any other item, we have a confidential communication line to respond. Yes, our volume of business can be unpredictable due to our customer challenges, however we will never skip quality and accuracy to meet a turnaround time. Thank you for your time at FSNS. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, John Bellinger CEO
