A toxic version of the phoneline game. Keep to yourself. Dont share any personal information to any coworkers. You will learn that ALL employees are not treated equally. Just like with the clients, the ones who complain the most are the most important. 5. HR only serves to protect the company and not its employees. Its a NUMBER$ game. Sketchy processes happen all the time.

The company is run backwards. They recently underwent an overhaul but there are still some remnants of the terrible corporate structure. People running labs that have no business, but the company is invested and will dump hundreds of thousands of dollars into a sinking ship instead of admitting their fault and starting over. Corporate also picks and chooses when to enforce certain policies resulting in me ultimately leaving/being forced out while other individuals are partaking in the same policy violation.
