Most parts of the job are cons. The company masquerades as a company that cares about quality which is not true and also a ‘Good Christian Company’ but I guarantee if god was real that he would condemn the owners for the absolute mistreatment and abuse of all their employees. Pay is the most laughable thing I’ve ever experienced, hours are absurd and unpredictable, the overtime culture is out of control and you will be looked over for anything if you don’t put a crazy amount in. There isn’t concern over issues that arise. Your happiness will not be of concern to the company nor work life balance. Rolling back bonuses so they can skim even more money off the backs of those doing the actual work while they fly around on their jet. Crying will become a normal part of your daily life and you’ll be yelled at constantly to be more efficient even at 110% effort. It’s an abusive workplace and company and there’s a reason the turn over is out of control. Improvements never come and the lab is falling apart

Toxic work environment. They do not care about your health and wellness. Management seemed to promote their friends. I lost about 20 lbs due to a depressing work environment and nearly had an eating disorder.
