Pros

Getting paid $14 an hr. Helps you stay afloat but at the expense of your well being.

Cons

Terrible management, and overall not great place to work at. Only reason I'm still working here is because I'm waiting for another job opportunity. If you're fresh out of college, look into other opportunities instead before you end up having to work for an awful place like this. You're likely to get hired here since they really need people. You get no official training, and you're demanded to start complex work right away. If you're looking for lab experience, this place isn't ideal. You pretty much have to stay really late all the time because there's a lot of work, and people seem to get mad if you don't help out, even though it's way past the end of your shift. On that note, people are immature, unprofessional, and rude. You get looked down upon for not doing things the right way, but you're never officially trained. Beware of the 4-5 star ratings as employees are encouraged to write good reviews, but trust me when I say, this place is just awful! Don't get stuck having to work here.

Pros

sometimes, but hardly ever, there can be days when you get lunches.

Cons

Just bad when you think that corporate is right around the corner and they dont notice the lab slipping apart. Sure they can have their taco trucks, and daily parties exceeding hundreds of dollars. But we in the lab can suffer and not have time for lunches and corporate just says oh well. Yea its bad, they dont really care about us. Oh yea and HR has gotten much worse since October of 2018. Bad. I used to like it but now i am putting in multiple applications daily and there will be no two week's notice because once i get another offer i am calling in until all of my vacation days are used up then i will not be showing up anymore.

I appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns forward, however this venue will not be the best way to solve them. Being in San Antonio, gives you a unique opportunity to walk over and talk with any member of the leadership team to help you address issues - this is our Open Door Policy. In regard to your comments regarding HR, I would welcome the opportunity to address those personally. Please give me a call, stop by and talk with a member of the HR team and/or I will schedule time with you accordingly. Much of what you have stated is inaccurate and a discussion can probably clear much of this up. We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. If at the end of a discussion you are still unhappy with FSNS, I will work with you on an orderly transition versus you using vacation and walking off the job. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

Gain experience for entry level Good for resume building

Cons

-Company culture is trash- people are rude, hostile, non-helpful, crabs in a barrel mentality -Management is also trash// concerned with numbers, not your well being -Training was rushed//they need someone who is able to jump in immediately and doesn't put in enough effort to make sure you actually understand whats going on -Overtime is mandatory//you're not leaving until the job is done -Short lunch breaks//30 min -Poor pay -No room for advancement Get a couple months worth of experience and leave!
