Pros

Job is easy - you learn fast.

Cons

Management takes decisions that adversely affect the outcome. Salary should be higher given the responsibilities.

Your feedback is very important to all of us at FSNS. Thank you for your over 3 years of service! I agree with your comment whole heartedly: “Listen to your employees, be fair and respect the seniority and experience of those that have been here longer than you.” We truly value all of our employees – specifically those that are longer tenured and high performing people. I hope you have a discussion with your LM, OM or Regional regarding your concerns since I feel confident these can be addressed easily. At FSNS we constantly look at Total Compensation to include base pay and the various other programs we offer. There are many promotional opportunities here which often include increases in base pay. The first discussion with your LM, etc. should be to discuss your performance and a game plan to include what additional training is available to you so that you can move to the next position and pay. If you can relocate, that is even better. I will share your post with the Regionals. You may also contact me directly. At FSNS, we continue to strive to create a culture where our employees are valued and engaged. – Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

Uh not sure maybe the annual christmas party but I only got a 50 dollar bonus where at my fast food job i got 150 for being a 2 year employee so if you want a 50 bonus then sign up by all means! Or go else where where they give bugger bonuses to not just management.

Cons

It sucks completely! Everyone is out to get you and they never hold out on their promises. The only ones who stay at the lifers that want to work here forever due to the promises of becoming management which never happens. They do not deliver on their promises so just find something else. My friend found something else and they couldnt get them to stay with the counter offer even....its that bad! Stay away lol.

It is disheartening to hear these comments- which you and I know are untrue, but at the same time for whatever reason they are your perception. We work hard to create a great culture for our employees – to include competitive pay and benefits. We are constantly analyzing our total rewards package. I would enjoy a phone call to discuss the manager who is allegedly doing schoolwork in the offices and what fast food restaurant is giving $150 “bugger bonuses”. Let me also remind you to consult the Glassdoor rules. I look forward to a phone conversation to discuss the location you worked at. Thanks. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

health insurance is offered althiugh horrible but if your single its doable if your making management pay otherwise dont. Dont do the 401k either an ira would be better

Cons

Not even management likes it as you see them quitting left and right. One of them told me about the quality issues that this company hides and was the reason why quitting. I quit due to lack of pay and no raises plus HR stinks when coming to them with issues.

First, let me wish you the very best on your future endeavors. We know that employees have a number of choices when it comes to benefits – our plans, the exchange, spouse insurance plans, parents insurance, etc. We work hard to put benefit plans in place that are competitive within the industry. I would be happy to talk with you further on your past issues - we take every concern seriously and investigate each one. We are a very transparent organization! We continue to create a diverse (all backgrounds and generations) culture where everyone is valued and appreciated. Bob Cox, SVP, HR
