Never bored in the life of the brown nosers of management

Those of you who are looking to apply for food safety net services: DO NOT DO IT!!!! Any positive reviews you see on Glassdoor are written by management, corporate, HR, and the BROWN NOSERS of the company!!!!! These ppl get to work whatever they want, leave whenever they want, they get paid whatever they want, and do whatever they want. DO. NOT. WORK. HERE. please save yourself the trouble and low pay here, long hours, never being able to see your family, and POOOOPY POOOPY POOOPY benefits. And no thanks to the $50 Christmas “bonus” for ppl who have been here for 4 years. Screw this sink hole!!!! Any positive reviews that are here are FALSE

My apologies for just seeing this review and responding. Hopefully in my recent visits to your lab we were able to visit, though perhaps you have left the company. Everything I know regarding Glassdoor is that the reviews are real – though based on your commentary I question if this review is fabricated since so much of it is untrue. You have a great LM and Regional who spend a lot of time making the work environment great in Grand Prairie. They really care. Pros

Great company, good leaders, lots of positive change, good benefits. People are super nice and accomodating. I met the owners and they were really nice too and really cared about me. I liked the tuition reimbursement and planned to take advantage of it. I'll be back and will be a manager with the company someday.

Cons

We all had to work hard and even overtime - but I was paid for it and enjoyed the money. Family issues took me away from this great company. Tired of complainers who don't want to work and post garbage on line.

Worst Company to Work For

Pros

You will always be with another coworker...struggling together. So you won’t be alone when the bad times at the lab turn worse.

Cons

This place is the epitome of a blown up gas station toilet bowl. Lowest pay I have been been given for the amount of schooling I have and lab experience. And I have a masters and 5 years of lab experience and still started out as a lowly login tech for $11 an hour. And after being here for two years I’m barely making $14. Benefits are grotesque, they’re literally taking just little over half my paycheck to give just myself health, eye, and dental insurance. Im working 55-60 hours a week with no lunches due to not enough ppl scheduled to work due to the amount of favorites who get to work only the minimum morning shifts and get off early. Management is a joke as they do not know what they heck they are doing and do not help out when their “team” is drowning in the hundreds and hundreds of client samples that come in when there is only two ppl scheduled in main lab. We re not allowed to leave until every single one of those samples are pushed into the incubator. So if you’re looking for a job that pays NEXT TO NOTHING, expensive as could be insurance, LOOOOOONG hours, and no help: FSNS is the place for YOU!
