Pros

Foodbuy is a good place to work. Management cares about their employees. The company before COVID would have social events monthly. The diversity and inclusion does a good job of making the workplace more diverse. Pay is decent.

Cons

The only con about Foodbuy is that there is not a lot of diversity in executive positions. Foodbuy lacks diversity. They did bring in a person of color for the director of HR. I think that was big.
