Pros

Progression is quick if you perform well. Great positive environment, which stems from the management team downwards. Almost no toxicity in the office culture. Its also a very challenging environment which i think is a positive as it pushes you to develop in order to keep up. Most of the leadership team is very forward thinking, approachable and are always willing to listen. In a recent away day for some of the teams as we were reflecting on strengths "Team/Culture/Environment" was on the standout points for everyone.

Cons

If you're not careful you can quite quickly lose your work/life balance - not because the company expects you to, but sometimes the challenges/projects you can work on become all consuming.

Pros

Positive environment that encourages creative and innovative thinkers Benefits in line with industry standards (or maybe slightly better) including flex scheduling, PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vison/etc. and great social events to encourage collaboration and working relationships. Access to senior leaders with high moral standards who really listen, provide guidance and make changes to meet the needs of a changing workforce and are willing to invest in resources and improvements to business (tools, environment). They expect optimistic, solution oriented, committed, self-starters. If that's you... Foodbuy would be a good fit!

Cons

Complicated business model that takes time to understand as a new associate. You really have to dig in and learn from your colleagues to be successful especially if you've not worked in the field Conservative (or maybe slow) decision making and change cycle
