Pros

After one year you get a work from home day, decent benefits and fair starting pay.

Cons

There are problems with management in the Alpharetta, GA office where managers are promoted based on who they not and not skill set. Hostile work environments exist where nothing is being done about it when reported although they hold classes instructing employees to report this type of behavior which results in a high leave of absence ratio due to stress. There is little opportunity to grow once employed and raises are rarely given. They look for reasons not to give you raises and the work from home day is used as leverage.
