Pros

Company has a great support system and very opened to hearing staff’s perspectives about work-related thoughts. Minimal supervision and trusting leadership which are appreciated. Makes you feel more responsible for the work you do.

Cons

Full time base pay is extremely low and is not based on experience level or living location. Highest bonus structure does not seem realistically doable.

Pros

Able to make your own work schedule. 95% of my time is spent working with patients—appointment are not rushed and I get enough time and follow up with each. My schedule is always full. Opportunity to move from independent contractor to full time employee which includes benefits and quarterly bonuses. Company is growing. Opportunity to work independently.

Cons

Onboarding didn’t feel as smooth as I hoped; no-show rates can be higher in the beginning until a solid base of patients is established—then hours and pay become predictible. Fast growth has resulted in some technical challenges.
