Pros

30 % discount, not a lot of hours, cool shirts I guess, not a lot of pros to working here

Cons

Very technical on how you sell shoes, paid on commission so they breathe down your neck everytime some one walks into the store, managers are massive hypocrites.

Pros

Depending on the location its a really fun environment, very fast paced. And if you like sneakers being able to be the first to see a release was cool. The Job overall is fun but management can use some help.

Cons

Low hourly pay and only 1% commission which doesn't really amount to anything. They pressure you a lot about getting to every customer and showing hookups (additional apparel) and some customers get annoyed. So you're like a pest sometimes.

Pros

The discount is probably the best part

Cons

I did not know the pay was under minimum wage until I started working, your commission is suppose to make up for the rest. But its so competitive in there its just scary. Seems like everyone was just attacking the customer for them to buy things. Which we get it's commission but come on
