Pros

Working at Forcepoint as a Territory Account Manager offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with enterprise clients. The company’s portfolio is truly distinctive, with a strong focus on data security solutions that address the most pressing needs of large organizations. This specialization not only differentiates Forcepoint in the cybersecurity market but also allows employees to have meaningful conversations with high-profile customers and deliver real value.

Cons

Unfortunately, internal systems and processes at Forcepoint often fall short of expectations. Processes can be inefficient due to outdated or poorly integrated tools, which sometimes slows down daily operations. Additionally, after-sales support and post-sale customer service are areas that require significant improvement. The lack of robust support can make it challenging to maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Pros

Forcepoint has a long standing legacy of Websense and doing Cybersecurity for more than 2 decades. Company has a core focus on Data Security which is it's real strength. They treat their employees well, good pay and perks. Approachable leaders and management with well established work culture without much of internal politics.

Cons

Was not having clear product and GTM strategy, though now have Data Security Everywhere as clear go to market strategy. Previous Acquisitions of some technologies didn't go as expected. Branding and Marketing has been a weakness for the company for long.
