Pros

Exposure to cloud infrastructure is quite solid, making it a good place to gain hands-on experience with various cloud technologies. You will grow technically perhaps not to an expert level, but you’ll definitely sharpen your intermediate skills. The managers are generally supportive and approachable, which creates a somewhat positive team environment.

Cons

Be prepared to work with minimal or no documentation, which often leads to confusion and unnecessary pressure, especially during escalations. There’s a constant fear of layoffs hanging over the team throughout the year, which can be mentally draining and negatively impact overall performance. If you’re looking for a stable, long-term career path, this might not be the best place for you. The company is increasingly losing ground to its competitors, with key clients and market share slipping away. There’s a strong focus on introducing new features, but little to no effort is put into optimizing or stabilizing the existing ones, which adds to technical debt and affects product reliability.
