Any position at this company is not for the faint of heart, Working here is great if you're passionate about low voltage electronics, ambitious, enjoy mainland travel (including Vegas), don't mind working within a framework, and work autonomously. If that doesn't describe you, all of Ford is a con. The more that describes you, the more potential you have to advance and the more you'll enjoy your time there.

Unfortunately, I have never felt so micromanaged before in my life. I felt like I had no freedom and that I was being watched constantly. The Fords really need to take a step back from the company because it is clear that they are not fit to lead any longer. It makes me sad to see them continue working. I could see how stressed all my managers were when the Fords called them or reached out to them. It’s really not a healthy environment for anyone. I hope that one day the right people will lead this company but until then, people will leave in droves.
