Pros

Cons

Everything else. This is not company for experienced professional. Outside, company looks great. Expect extensive background check in hiring phase. You will not be hired if you have anything on you, regardless how great you might be. Once, when you get extra low offer and desperately agree with it, you will be taken to the World of secrecy, backdoor deals, extensive online meetings with pretentious wording of safety measures and PPE, which almost nobody uses, World of waiting for something to arrive, power struggle, back side kisses to whomever, even if it's just month longer in company (it's called seniority), and plethora of buzz words. Regardless of your knowledge, you will be working the lowest job in the company for a while, while your Job Superintendent gives you green light to go any further. If you want to speed up that process, just intensify kisses. Submission is the key to advance to the next level in the game. Company propagates open communication to upper ups. Don't do it! Don't ever criticize your colleagues, their performance or behavior except in secret phone calls. But, always take notes and proofs of anything minor wrong against your colleagues and people below you. Merit award system is how many kisses you can provide, not how good you are. Also, any accidental or careless handling damage to equipment or customer's facility or equipment will be covered. Just don't let many people know about it. It is some sort of secret World of replenishment without responsibility. Questionable look on your face, after that will be taken seriously. You might have meeting about your look with upper ups because you are not Team player. Do not suggest better solution, if nobody is asking you to do it. Your paycheck will not go up after that. You will just make yourself non-Team player at that way. Always pretend to work something. Even turning one screw left-right, all day long, will bring you that check on Friday. If you have any intention to become leader of any kind, wait until all of the people who came before you (even month earlier) go away, quit, retire or die. It might take time. Obedience, submission and patience is the way to survive in this company.
