There is not enough time to outline how awful this company is. The company is ran by an absolute nut job. Everyone hates their job and is passionate about hating the "woman in charge" but is too afraid to find something new since this place pays a decent amount. Ford is a joke within this industry and a common thread to the thousands of professionals they have ran out the doors desperately trying to hold on to their dignity. This place truly is revolving door of employees. Now seeing that Ford has asked their whipping boys to write "positive reviews" is a laughable effort on their behalf in attempt to wash the public opinion. It's about time their years of being horrible people is catching up to them on social platforms like Glassdoor.

I'll start with Mrs Ford. She is probably the biggest reason that I quit my job after four years of employment. She encourages and promotes micromanagement, hostility, and distrust towards employees. I was not in upper management, yet I would get bombarded and harassed by the CEO of this company (Mrs. Ford) almost on a monthly basis. Onto Upper Management. Watch out for ALL the Division Managers.. These are horrible people who think they are better than you and they'll make sure you know it. Also, the entire time I was employed, never once had a review or a raise. Those are almost impossible to come by it seems.
