Deadlines can be challenging, but not unrealistic; There is always a lot of work to stay busy with, but that is much better than being slow and bored.

Micro-managed, overkill on paperwork for every little thing, pay is below average, reviews get overlooked, they want to know what you did every minute you work, don't forget to clock in or out because you will get yelled at, there is at least 5 ppl that have to review anything before it gets done, way too many chiefs, outdated systems, holiday parties and gifts are terrible, not much comradery, everything has an asset tag so be weary of any gifts they give you, anniversary gifts are terrible, you're lucky to get management to listen or approve any changes or thoughts you may have.
