stuck on 3rd shift for about a decade. 7 day work rotations

Thank you for the response regarding our organization. Our operation is a 24/7 manufacturing environment and is also unionized. Having the opportunity to work other shifts is always a preference for us but may not always be an option in certain sites. We are constantly striving to ensure that our employees have a positive work/life balance and opportunities to move to other shifts as possible. Again, thank you for your feedback and we are continually working to improve our operation everyday.

Constantly changing management at the plant level, a lot of harassment among production employee's & forced overtime.

Pros

Good pay and nice working environment. Most employees are welcoming to new employees and the work area is kept clean and safe.

Cons

Long swing shifts and lots of forced overtime. Even though it does come to be a nice pay check, family time is just as important if not more important then money.
