Poor office pay, lots of back stabbing, upper management controls employees with fear of firing and blame everyone but themselves. Poor upper management in the main office.

I appreciate the response and am saddened that this was the feeling by any employee or former employee of our organization. We work very hard to ensure that we have systems in place to reward and encourage our employees. There are times when situations may arise and there are always many reasons for that. We work hard to maintain a positive environment for all of our employees. Again, we do thank you for the response and will follow up with these concerns.

Thank you for the response regarding our organization. Our operation is a 24/7 manufacturing environment and is also unionized. Having the opportunity to work other shifts is always a preference for us but may not always be an option in certain sites. We are constantly striving to ensure that our employees have a positive work/life balance and opportunities to move to other shifts as possible. Again, thank you for your feedback and we are continually working to improve our operation everyday.

Constantly changing management at the plant level, a lot of harassment among production employee's & forced overtime.
