Pros

They have tasty snacks sometimes

Cons

Extreme Favoritism, don’t waste your time. If you aren’t a favorite, you won’t advance

Thank you for taking the time to comment based on your experience. We use the People Analyzer, a tool from the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), to support a two-way conversation between team members and leads. This tool helps our team members grow professionally and personally so we can all have more meaningful work experiences. (Review sites like this can be valuable for prospective job seekers, but we encourage the reader to think critically and be wary of comments like this in today’s world of paid Amazon reviews and ChatGPT clones.) This is an unfortunate reality of Glassdoor allowing reviews of a company by anyone, regardless if they have ever worked there.

Pros

Easy resume builder- job sounds cool, foot in door.

Cons

Highly disapprove. Poor wages with empty promises of bonuses and increased wages. Poor leadership with no room for promotion and a lot of favoritism. Department heads have no say in how the company is run. There is constant backstabbing, talking behind your back, and a painfully fake work culture. There is no sense of acceptance for how poor the company is doing, how awful the mental health of employees, or TOXIC work culture.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our corporate culture is “value based” and our core values guide all our actions. The happiness of team members is essential for our company's success, and there are continuous efforts to promote happiness in our workplace. We follow the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as we work to “Find Better Ways” across our organization. Everyone can be part of the solution during weekly Level 10 meetings. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

Only Recommend for Extreme Character Building

Pros

-Some people are great -Sometimes the food is great -Health insurance is pretty good

Cons

Only join if you want to participate in extreme character building. There is NO ROOM OR OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH AT ALL. Join if: you want to see how you withstand being gossiped about by your boss/the owner/the person that writes your checks while she mocks you sometimes openly and often behind your back, and you enjoy having your pay CUT year after year. If you have ever wondered how thick your skin is, this is the place for you! Only recommend for those desperate to build their resume who can withstand RIDICULOUS amounts of drama, lying, and endless meetings about how to improve without actually addressing the issue. Also, if you don't mind working someplace where they don't confirm their testing with QC and do perpetually lie to CLIA. Ask for a LOT of money up front because bonuses and raises come sparingly and only for favorites.
