Pros

Essential business and I was employed through all of covid so far. Company gave out 2 weeks of paid vacation instead of salary increases this year. As a production lab it has a good team environment.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. There are 2 different labs and there is no path to get into the LC-MS-MS lab if your weren't hired into it to begin with.

There aren't any pros to coming to work here

Cons

The leadership doesn't care about the employees and lies to the them about what they will make. Was told this was a $100,000 job and its a $70,000 if you are lucky. The CFO calls employees names and should of been fired for his actions.
