      The only pro was running from this company as fast as possible

      Cons

      Dysfunctional leadership that makes one bad decision after another. They are loosing business every day because of all their bad decisions. There is rampant disrespect for employees and the COO is the worst of the leadership team. Believe me when I say you do NOT want to work here! The ship is sinking!

      Have snacks and activities for employees

      The company culture that was there years ago is no longer. FFL is completely focused only on $$ now, and is rampant with favoritism at the leadership level. If you are friends with the boss, you get perks and promotions. Good employees are not valued, and are leaving after several years of dedication at FFL.

      Lots of food and a fake “happy” culture.

      Cons

      Notice that the positive reviews are from employees that have not been with the company for a full year... they haven’t seen the truth yet. As long as the COO, Dave, is still there, stay far away. The company is losing contracts left and right... Also, employees that have been there for a decade are happily leaving this place because they know it is going down fast.
