Poor cross collaboration between department heads. CFO is too nonconfrontational, GC is in daily screaming match with someone, HR head is never in the office. It goes on and on. How can department heads expect teams to cross collaborate when heads HATE each other. Another executive offsite wont fix this MIKE!

Everything! Strongly Advise you to reconsider your options. Read the previous credited reviews to get a feel for this company and the direction they're going in. The 4-5 stars are written from HR because they have to submit a positive review after each negative one. Pay is high but advancing within the company is non-existent unless you're a part of THE clique. Extremely distasteful culture and average life of an employee is around 12 months. Expressed concerns or critical feedback in order to make things run smoother are taken as personal insults when in reality it's just business. Mgmt is a joke. Ask about CHURN rate and take a picture of the interviewers expression. Irony: Product is visibility yet they don't even have that within their own company. The product verbiage consist of breaking down those silos yet each department is like that and has zero communication with one another. If this is your first job and you don't know any better, you'll will definitely be taken advantage of. Things to look out for: HR, marketing, pay stubs, expenses, marketing, road map, lack of SFDC reports, management, marketing, stock options, paperwork to sign, cafeteria, drama, and marketing.
