Pros

Form has an incredibly inspiring mission, and awesome people. The work is both challenging and stimulating, with many threads happening concurrently. The culture is one that values data-driven, collaborative hard work. Zooming out, seeing the effort folks are putting in, the technical progress already achieved, and the focused approach from upper management, I believe the company has the potential to make a massively positive impact on the electric grid over the next few years. It's an exciting team to be a part of!

Cons

Form is a fast moving startup. The environment requires hard work & flexibility, and may not be for everyone.

- Mission driven organization - Better funded startup - People are nice to work with - Plenty of learning opportunities

Cons

- The product plan is not viable. The core technology doesn’t work at scale on cost and management may not know how to solve technical and technological barriers to scale iron-air battery. - Will only get more difficult from here - High burn rate may shorten current trajectory of the company unless something big changes
