There are a lot of amazing people that I get to work with every day.

Cons

Leadership: They do not know how to run a business. Employees are run to the ground - leadership comes once in a while to the Berkeley office, just to show up and sit together and not talk to anyone. Then, get pizza for everyone at the end of the day when people have families and lives and need to get home—very unapproachable and snooty attitudes unless you are in the in crowd.

- Mission driven organization - Better funded startup - People are nice to work with - Plenty of learning opportunities

Cons

- The product plan is not viable. The core technology doesn’t work at scale on cost and management may not know how to solve technical and technological barriers to scale iron-air battery. - Will only get more difficult from here - High burn rate may shorten current trajectory of the company unless something big changes
