Blatant favoritism that is ignored promotions are not based on merit managers promote based who they like personally and not on who can get the job done and is more qualified, the pay gap is massive as some people get paid way more to do the same thing others do and form has done an awful job to address this and take care of its longer term employees thus many have left Colleagues focus more on there career instead of making the team a winner and will throw fellow colleagues under the bus Management only cares about looking good and does not care about helping employees grow in their careers Many great colleagues have left due to their treatment by new management that has come recently

Multiple employees have quit in the last year due to working conditions. Program schedules are compressing. Validation testing is being pushed to the back burner. The company is hiring on fast and throwing new hires onto unstaffed items with no time to onboard and properly learn about the company/technology.
