Sometimes the fast-paced environment means things change quickly, so flexibility is key. There's also a lot of learning on the go, which can be challenging but is also a great opportunity for growth. Occasionally, coordination between teams can be a bit tricky, but it's getting better as the company continues to scale. Overall, minor things compared to all the positives.
