Take your pick: unorganized, unethical, run by self serving “yes” man and men with overblown egos, that don’t do much but talk. Terrible culture that starts from the top down. High turnover. The only well staffed department is hr- for a reason, unethical things need to be well swept under the carpet to protect the ceo and other altar boys. Nepotic hiring practices. Looks good on paper. Outdated processes and ancient equipment. Tge company does not invest in its employees, but treats them as disposable garbage. Do yourself a favor- look elsewhere.
