A collegial, intellectually stimulating place to work

Pros

The collegial, team-oriented atmosphere is a definite plus. Also, upper management is full of industrial-organizational psychologists who actually care about/are interested in things like career development and organizational culture. And, because the company has grown rapidly (and continues to do so), there's a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. Work-life balance is also a hot topic these days.

Cons

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a company that's growing fast and is experiencing some growing pains because of it. The workload can be uneven at times (more for some teams than others), but generous comp time and vacation policies help to smooth these periods out (from my perspective, at least).

Good workplace culture, values employees, leadership is transparent and regularly surveys the workplace to inform business decisions.

Cons

Contract based work is always a mixed-bag. Can sometimes become easy to get stuck working on a particular contract without ability to move laterally.

Pros

Team members were so sweet and talented. Impactful work that displays major change in the right communities. Pay was decent and benefits were unbeatable. PTO policy when I was there was fantastic (unlimited and at least on my team, not hard to enjoy and get approved) Remote first policy made for flexibility that allowed for better work-life balance.

Cons

A bit disorganized at times, time structure and onboarding were not well done. Should have diversified their portfolio quite some time ago,
