Cons

pay is on the lower end; leaders tend to have "favorites" and the rest of us don't really have a chance in growing; you're never "out of the office" when you're actually out of the office

I would not recommend this company and I'm fairly certain the other reviews on Glassdoor were written by FMG management.

Pros

Some options for teleworking. Salary is competitive for junior- to mid-level associates. Strong commitment to thoroughly QC'd results.

Cons

Absolutely terrible work life balance. Nepotism is not illegal in the state of Virginia. It is, however, prohibited in other states and can certainly cultivate a less than ideal work environment. In this case management continues to retain a manager that has been the subject of many complaints for unprofessional behavior and harassment.

Pros

Work/life balance is great, as is the benefits package. The work can be rewarding at times, but largely depends on who your supervisor is what team you're on.

Cons

Places a very high premium on PhDs, such that those with an MA or a BA aren't trusted as much with important tasks. Workload is unbalanced and can be incredibly slow at times.
