Cons

Dismal pay. Just bottom of the barrel. Conservative management not keen on innovation. No room for creativity or trying new things.

If you've read other reviews there is an overall agreement that it's the benefits, because they're cheap, and the retirement, because they match you 2 to 1. HOWEVER they don't pay much so take my word, losing your mental health is NOT worth it.

Cons

The con is that I will probably need therapy due to my experience working for Fort Bend County.
