Pros

Somewhat of the benefits and retirement

Cons

Management sucks ! There is no team empowerment within the division. The supervisors are quick to let you know when you are doing something wrong . There is no positivity within the department . Employee meetings are useless as they do not help or promote a better work environment. You have the office manager who will walk pass you and not say a work to you ! ( that shows the level of integrity and how family oriented the office is ). The place is a joke . You work as an individual , there is no team , everyone is out for their own .
