      Pros

      Benefits are great and hours are reasonable. The county is growing and efforts are being made to build it up.

      Cons

      Salaries were frozen for a number of years before raises were given. There is no opportunity for merit based bonuses or raises. The only way to receive a raise is if there is an across the board raise.
