Pros
The people in the district are very nice to work with and the hours are great.
Cons
Although the hours and holidays are great, the salaries for non-degrees employees are low. Raises are pitiful at an average of 2%. We went several years without any raises. No matter your work experience, you'll never move to a professional level without a four year degree.
